This was an emergency demolition of a parking deck that was threatening to collapse onto a traffic lane. endangering both motorists and pedestrians. The contractor not only acted quickly to remove this threat but went above and beyond the city's expectations in ensuring that every detail of the work was addressed in a professional manner. The contractor also made several helpful suggestions that ultimately lowered the project's costs and improved its finished appearance.
